ENGAGEMENT
TERMS.
| Retainer Fee | AED 4,000 per month, payable in advance. Invoiced before the start of each month. Work for the upcoming month begins upon receipt of payment. |
| Setup Fee | Nil. All onboarding, pixel configuration, CAPI setup, account structure, and campaign build are included within the monthly retainer. |
| Ad Spend | Media budgets (Meta, Google) are billed directly by the client to the platforms. The AED 4,000 retainer covers management only and does not include ad spend. |
| Duration | 3-month minimum commitment. Month-to-month continuation thereafter. Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice after the initial period. |
| Content Sessions | 8 sessions per month, scheduled at mutual convenience. Client coordinates gym access. Unused sessions cannot be carried over to the following month. |
| Content Ownership | All final published assets become property of the client upon receipt of full payment for that month's retainer. |
| Client Obligations | Client provides timely access to ad accounts, brand assets, approvals, and gym premises for scheduled sessions. |
| Revisions | Reasonable revisions included. Fundamental scope changes or excessive revision rounds may be subject to additional charges, agreed in advance. |
| Confidentiality | Both parties treat all shared business information and strategies as strictly confidential. This obligation survives termination. |
| Governing Law | Governed by the laws of the UAE. All disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai. |
